Here at Calvary Chapel Elk Grove Village, we believe worship is a response to who God is and what He has accomplished for us! We worship through singing, but also through how we live our lives (Hebrews 13:15). When we humbly worship, we are offering ourselves as living sacrifices to Him (Romans 12:1).

 

As a congregation, we corporately worship our Great and Mighty King. Music and words are used to express our gratitude and praise to our Heavenly Father.

 

As a worship ministry we want to lead the congregation in a way that is focused on God and not ourselves (Hebrews 12:2). Why do we focus on God alone? It’s because He alone is worthy of our praise and worship. He sent His Son to die for us on the cross which was the ultimate sacrifice and expression of His love for us (John 3:16).
