Pastor Phil begins and celebrates a poignant time in Jesus’ ministry. The day He fulfilled prophecy (Zechariah 9:9) and rode into Jerusalem on a humble creature—on the back of a donkey. The crowds gathered and waved palm branches, shouting “Hosanna! (“Save now!”) Blessed is He Who comes in the name of The Lord!,” as they believed their Messiah had arrived to fulfill that prophecy—yet many did not recognize them as their Lord and Savior. They were hoping for a political messiah who would relieve them of Roman oppression… The Pharisees despised Him.

 

May your hearts be filled with love, passion and joy, that He has come!
