Today we continue in Chapter 17 in Part 7 of, “With Jesus Behind The Veil”.

 

Did you know that Jesus prayed for you in His last hours on earth? He prayed for the Disciples, He prayed for Himself and He prayed for you. And the Bible says He ever makes intercession for us. In other words, to this day, He prays for you!

 

Have you answered His prayers for your life?

 

John 17 is known as ‘the High Priestly prayer of Jesus.’ We see Jesus praying like no other time in history. First He prays for Himself (verses 1-5), for the Disciples (verses 6-19) and for us and all believers to come (verses 20-26). In today’s verses He begins, “the hour has come…” The Cross was set before Him when man’s redemption and God’s plan and perfect timing would come together to redeem all men who would choose Him throughout time.
